Greens and Beans

Hi guys!  I am so inspired by Mike's week 1 progress, aren't you?  Just the motivation I need to get me through the rest of my first week!  My Monday progress report will be here soon but first I have to get through my first WEEKEND on the 6-week plan (yikes!).

In the mean time, here's what's for lunch in Chicago today!  Leafy arugula salad, crisp celery sticks, lentil & black bean soup with frozen grapes for dessert.  YUM!
