What did I eat today?

BreakfastChocolate Blueberry Smoothie
From ETL made in my Vitamix blender

Lunch
Garden Salad (onions, red peppers, tomatoes, carrots) topped with peanut dressing
Fruit cup (apples, bananas, grapes, raspberries, blackberries, oranges, strawberries, and pineapple)
At BlackRiver Cafe in Oberlin

Dinner
This was a bit of a mess.
Carrots - about a handful while I was cooking
1 entire jar of unsweetened applesauce
A bean soup like thing - I just sauteed onions, green peppers, chiles, then tossed in some cumin, tomatoes, and black beans and boiled it for a while.  It was fine.


Oh - I'm going to the gym these days.  I run for 20 minutes and then do some floor exercises for 30.  I am the closest I have ever been to a completely flat stomach.
