Forgive me, for I have sinned.

I'm in a sketchy motel in Kentucky and haven't eaten in several hours....poor planning.  Well, I feel a little sick now.

  2. You'll get back on the horse! I have a couple of Qs -- what have you been doing (in general) about alcohol and caffeine? The book doesn't really cover the topic that well. If I have one cup of black coffee in the morning and on the weekends allow myself a couple of glasses of wine -- is this totally breaking the Eat to Live 6-week plan? Best of luck to you as you head into the next week. Today is day one, and I'm excited!

    Sara- Congrats on starting the challenge! I personally am not consuming caffeine or alcohol during the 6-weeks. I'm treating this as a true detox which should also lessen my cravings by the end of the 6 weeks. Good luck!! :)

    I made the chocolate blueberry smoothie this morning, and it's delicious. The seeds are a bit much for me, but overall, I think this will hold me over until lunch.

    Hope things are going well for both of you today and continue for the rest of the week.
